Applied without the use of damaging power-washing equipment, Eco Roof™ is a time-release product that gradually removes green and black stains caused by algae, mildew, moss, and lichen.

Eco Roof™ is an environmentally friendly product. It is a Proprietary Blend of Surfactants (blend of soaps) that does not contain, lye, acid, phosphates or heavy metals. These hazardous ingredients can cause damage to paint, awnings, gutters, metal flashing, windows, cars in the driveway, siding, hurricane shutters or other exterior surfaces as well as to our environment.

Once applied, Eco Roof™ starts to work immediately. Its natural cleaning action continues day to day with the help of morning dew and rainfall. Because Eco Roof™ is both a cleaner and a preventative, your roof stays cleaner longer.

If your roof is too dirty, Eco Roof™ may not work with one single application and/or the use of bleach solution might be necessary.

In order to maintain a clean roof, we recommend that Eco Roof™ should be applied every 2-years.
